The service company (DVMDS) provides operational assets and services to the veterinary medical product dispensary company (MVM), which will be owned by the practitioners who use the company. Revenue from the dispensary goes to the practitioners and to the profession.

The service company is visible to the practitioners as DVMDS. The dispensary company (MVM) is visible to their clients and other consumers as MVM.

When a veterinary product is medically indicated for your client's pet and you agree that online access to that product is appropriate:

You contact MVM by phone, fax, e-mail, or the web and provide dispensing authorization and instructions.
Your client contacts MVM by phone, fax, e-mail, or the web; requests the product, provides payment authorization, and indicates delivery preference.
MVM verifies the client payment authorization and ships the authorized product to the client according to your dispensing instructions and your client’s delivery preference.
MVM sends the payment collected to you, after deductions for product cost, overhead, and service fee.
