An integration is now available for veterinarians who use the AVImark Veterinary Management System with the MyVetsMeds online ordering and home delivery services. This integration allows veterinarians to send dispensing authorization and instructions to MyVetsMeds directly from within AVImark.

From the AVImark Readme file:

To use the MyVetsMeds integration feature, contact MyVetsMeds to obtain your clinic User ID and Password. Then specify your User ID and Password within the Advanced Options. A new MyVetsMeds button will then be displayed on the AVImark drug label window. Selecting this MyVetsMeds button will automatically forward the client, patient, and dispensing information to MyVetsMeds where it will then be processed for home delivery directly to your clients pet in your name. Tell clients they can access MyVetsMeds services online at www.myvetsmeds.com, or by calling the toll-free telephone number. If your practice has a website, tell clients they can go to it and follow the links. If your practice doesn’t currently have a website, tell clients they can simply go to MyVetsMeds.com. When clients contact MyVetsMeds to place the order for the products you have authorized as their veterinarian, MyVetsMeds verifies the clients order is consistent with your dispensing authorization and instructions before the order is processed.
